1- Longitudinal and Transverse Transport Type Applicators
HR type applicators were developed by us to meet the needs of crimp presses used by our customer for today's mass production of cable harnesses.
HR type applicators are easy to use, adjust and change parts. They have been tested and proven to be successful during their long usage by our customers. They have an easy and sensitive adjustment mechanism. HR type applicators perform very well and are fast in crimping different types and sizes of terminals. Besides, their driver feed can easily and sensitively be adjusted to different inter-terminal distances.
HR type applicators can be maintained and repaired very easily and economically. Additionally, they can be adapted to mount on miscellaneous different crimp press machines which are in use in the industry.

1- Lonitudinal and Transverse Transport Type Applicators
RA-De Typeapplicators were developed in the past to work in eccentric presses in order to meet the needs of low capacity cable harness producing customers. They have served to hundreds of our customer without any problem, so far.
The replacement of crimpers and anvils of these type applicators are very easy and they have a sensitive adjustment mechanism. These type of applicators named by terminal entry direction are called longitudinal or transeverse(right or left) transport type.
These applicators also have a special driver mechanism for automatic and fast feeding. Having this drive mechanism, these applicators can be easily be adjusted to crimp terminals with different inter-terminal distances. |

We produce the crimpers, anvils and blades in different types and sizes and keep them in stock to meet the needs of our customers. These parts are made of very special tempered materials and their production is subject to "Approval of our Quality Assurance Department", at all stages of their production.
We can also produce special types of crimpers and anvils according to the orders of our customers.
