Hatko Electronics in Electronica Fair;

Hatko Electronics will take place in the Electronica 2010 Fair in Munich between 9-12 November

Continuous Plating System

Hatko electronics has the one and only continuous plating system in Turkey. Recently there have been some improvements in our plating systems. Now it is possible to do selective plating such as Silver Plating (1-8 micron), Tin Plating (1-8 micron), Nickel Plating (1-4 Micron), Matt Tin Plating ( 1-3 Micron) on materials like Brass, Copper, Phosphor Bronze, Steel. All these materials can be plated up to the band width of 5,5cm.

There are also coming projects regarding Gold Plating as well due to the high demands on the market. Our aim is to plate 2 or 3 type of coating on the surface of the products.

USK connectors have received their VDE certificate
	USK connectors have received their VDE certificate. The glow wire test approved connectors have been given the VDE approval. The connectors are manufactured from a different, special raw material and able to resist very high temperatures.

ROHS certifications
	Hatko electronics can provide all ROHS certifications to all customers. Hatko Electronics is very sensitive on this issue and can provide all declerations and requested test results due to the regulations of ROHS.

Hatko electronics is adopting EAN
	Hatko electronics will adopt EAN in to the servise by the beginning of October 2006.

Dull Tin Plating
	Hatko Electronics being the only Turkish Company having continious tin- plating system have also added dull tin plating in the past months. The system belongs to OTB and being controlled by computers. The OTB system is electrolitic plating.

Noxon stamping automation technology
	Noxon stamping automation technology and new terminal rolling machines have been integrated lately in to the production.

Raziol oil pouring
	The serial crimping and anti corrosion Raziol oil pouring have been added to the plating systems.
