Our Products

HATKO AVCILAR’s main products are:

· Standard and special crimp type cable terminals (brass, Cu, Cr-Ni)
· Terminal insulators, connectors and receptacles
· O-Rings (fiber, Cu, Al)
· Crimping tools (applicators, anvils, crimps and blades)

The total number of our products are around 1200, about 250 of them are the most active items. The Design Department ensures the production of dies and stamps for company’s own needs.

Our Standards

HATKO AVCILAR has ISO 9001-2000 Quality Certificate obtained from RWTÜV. The TSE Standards allow the company to be in conformity with international standards such as DIN, BS, NF, IEC etc. We have recently received VDE and also applied to UL. The Quality Assurance Department ensures HATKO AVCILAR to be the best quality local producer in the sector.

Our Customers

HATKO AVCILAR’s major customers are mainly from following markets:

· Household appliances (both white and brown goods)
· Automotive
· Communication
· Electrical applications

In these markets, HATKO AVCILAR has around 500 customers all over Turkey. The household appliances customers are located mainly in Marmara and Aegean Regions while automotive customers are scattered all around Turkey.

Well known companies like Merloni, Bosch-Siemens Profilo, Arçelik/Beko, Beko Electronics, Vestel, Vestel Electronics, Vestel Air Conditioner, Teba, Kumtel, L/G Air Conditioner, Netas (Northern Electric), Peugeot, Mercedes-Benz Turk, Siemens Automotive Systems, Iveco, Ford, Isuzu etc. are among our direct and indirect customers through cable harness producers.

We have also customers in Egypt, Iraq, Syria, Israel, Iran, France, Germany, Greece, Macedonia, Azerbaijan and in many other countries. These foreign customers account for about 20% of HATKO AVCILAR’s sales volume.

Our Facilities

Our own premises are located in Avcilar on the European side of Istanbul very close to Istanbul International Airport. The area of the factory totals 9500 sqm; 3100 sqm of it is covered. Both our offices and factory are situated at the same place.

Our Manufacturing Capabilities

Our yearly manufacturing capability is as follows:

· 850 million pieces of terminals
· 350 million pieces of connectors and sleeves
· 144 million pieces of O-rings
· 6000 pieces of crimping tools

We use Bruderer, Schroeder & Bauer and Bihler stamping machines, Krauss-Maffei plastic injection machines, MSA brand Ag, Sn and Ni plating machines and some auxiliary production machines for the production of other miscellaneous products. In the Design Department we utilize CAD / CAM Systems. The Mold Production Department is equipped with Agie, Jung, Micron CNC, Fischer and similar machines.

Financial Aspects

Our direct and indirect sales volume is around EURO 6 million annually. We have strong financial base and normally do not utilize any bank credits for our daily operations. We do however utilize credit in our investments.
